We want your experience at ChartHouse Studios to be straightforward. Here’s exactly what happens from creating your account to arriving for your studio session.

Create your account
Join the members' lounge for free. You don't pay anything until you're ready to book.

Choose your membership
Select the membership that gives you the studio hours you need.

Book your studio
Choose the studio, date and time that work for you. Your available hours are shown in your member dashboard.

Get your confirmation
You'll receive confirmation of your booking with the details you need for your visit.

Arrive at ChartHouse
Come to 36–40 Middle Street, Old Portsmouth, Southsea, PO5 4BP and head to reception.

We'll get you started
On your first visit, a member of the ChartHouse team will show you to your studio and explain how to set up and use the included equipment.
Your first visit
You won't be left wondering what to do.
Once your booking is confirmed, you’ll have the details you need for your visit. When you arrive at ChartHouse, simply head to reception. A member of our team will meet you and make sure you’re shown to the right studio.
Dry hire and optional support
Use the room yourself, or bring in our team.
All membership bookings are for dry hire of the room and its included equipment. On your first visit, a member of the ChartHouse team will show you how to set up and use the equipment safely.
If you require an engineer, sound technician, camera operator or other production support for your session, this can be arranged for an additional fee. Please contact us before booking so we can discuss your requirements and check availability.
